UV Roller Coating Machine

The Roller Coating Machine is an innovative solution designed to complement Flatbed printers, delivering a high-gloss finish on a variety of printed materials, including glass, ceramics, acrylic, MDF, and alumina. This machine enhances printed images with a vivid, mirror-like effect while also offering protective features such as scratch resistance, color retention, and environmental protection. It ensures waterproofing, sun resistance, and extended product lifespan.

Equipped with an advanced design and user-friendly controls, the Tile Coating Machine features an automatic control system, offering a cost-effective, time-efficient, and energy-saving alternative to traditional lamination methods. The end products display a smooth surface with excellent plumpness, strong adhesion, and high abrasion resistance. This Ceramic Coating Machine is compatible with a wide range of inks, including UV ink, ECO-solvent ink, bio-ink, and standard inkjet printer inks, as well as mini-lab chemicals. Its adjustable system allows for precise coating on materials of varying thicknesses.

The machine is composed by three part

1. Coating Part 

In this section, adjustments are made to accommodate various material thicknesses and to regulate the coating thickness. The liquid is continuously circulated to prevent material waste, ensuring efficient use of the coating solution.

2. Flattening Part

The flattening section is equipped with heating plates and fans. The heating plates replace traditional IR lamps and work in tandem with the fans to distribute heat more evenly, ensuring a stable temperature. This process helps to form a mirror-like surface on the material, enhancing the overall finish.

3. Curing Part  

The curing section consists of six UV lamps, four of which are used for the surface, and two for the sides. This specially designed configuration ensures fast and efficient curing, allowing the coating to harden quickly while maintaining optimal quality.
