The machine is composed by three part

1. Coating part

Here we make the adjustment to fit various thickness materials and adjusting the coating thickness.

The liquid is installed here to realize circle running to avoid any waste for the materials

2. Flatting part

The flatting part is formed by heating plates and funs. The heating plate relace the IR lamp, which work together with funs to make the heating more even and the temperature more stable. So the mirror surface will formed at this area

3. Curing part

The curing part is composed by 6 UV lamp, Of which 4 is for the surface, and 2 is for the side. The special design make the curing fast and efficient.
