Main Characteristics:

1. The coated materials include banners, PVC banners, self-adhesive vinyl, mesh fabric, PP paper, foam boards, flat rigid boards, and more.

2. The machine supports roll-to-roll operation. With the roll fixer, materials move smoothly without failure, and it can also handle sheet materials.

3. The machine is capable of coating board materials, with a maximum thickness of 7cm.

4. The machine consists of three parts: the coating section, curing section, and collection section.

5. The coating section is adjustable by air for large adjustments and by wheel for fine, micro adjustments.

6.The machine is equipped with two pumps, allowing for separate pumping of glossy and matte liquids.

7. The liquid is pumped through a recirculated system, minimizing waste and reducing costs.
