The MTQH-Coat Series, also known as a Pattern Coating Machine, UV Texture Coating Machine, Texture UV Coating Machine, or Textured Coating Machine, is designed to apply texture designs to the coating image. Equipped with 5 texture rollers, this machine allows users to freely change designs to suit their needs. It offers a versatile width range from 18” (48cm) to 24” (65cm), making it a dynamic choice for adding a unique textured finish to prints.

The advanced Texture UV Coating Machine offers customizable designs, easy-to-change texture rollers, a durable Nylon belt, precision adjustment wheels, a navigated pressure system, CE-standard wiring, a paper stopper system, an efficient pump circuit, and a belt deviation system with a light shade feature for operator safety, ensuring high-quality, waste-free texture coating with smooth operation.
