Our Automated UV coating machine for big prints, also known as the Wide Web Varnish Machine, is designed to handle a diverse array of materials including vinyl, car stickers, and reflective signs.  Available in three sizes - 1350mm, 1600mm, and 2000mm widths - this Vinyl Coating Machine is equipped with a powerful air-controlled coating system capable of working with materials up to 7cm thick in both plate and roll form.

Main Characteristics:

1. The coated material including: banner, PVC banner, self adhesive vinyl, mesh fabric, pp paper, foam board, flat rigid board ect.

2. The machine can realize roll to roll. With the roll fixer, The material can go very smooth without failure. Also we can put sheets material.

3. The machine can also coat board material. The max thickness for the material is 7cm.

4. The machine include three parts: coating part, curing parting, collection part.

5. The coating part can be adjusted by air for big adjusting and by wheel for micro adjusting.

6. The machine include 2 pump, we can pump glossy and matt liquid separately.

7. The liquid is pumped through re-circulated system and avoid wasting and of low cost.

8. The speed of coating is very fast and drying is instantaneous.

9. The coating is finished without any air bubble and will not crack or crease.

10. The coating cost is very low and there is no waste for the material.

11. IR lamp is optional
