In 2005, a Russian customer purchased several UV varnish coating machines from Double100, including a 480mm UV coating machine. One of these machines, bought by a government printing house, was involved in an extraordinary incident that showcased the true resilience of Double100’s engineering.

“While transporting the machine through the mountains, the vehicle overturned, and the machine tumbled 50 meters downhill. The exterior was damaged, but the inner structure remained intact. After minor repairs, the laminator still functions perfectly and is in use to this day.” the customer recalled.
